Door Two, Explained
DataSupply is the data-licensing partner program behind Door Two: it connects established companies with AI labs that license private business data for training — and partners earn for making the introductions.
Every deal carries two fees, and the partner who made the introduction earns a share of both: 30% of the seller fee the company pays, plus 80% of the origination fee the lab pays DataSupply.
Figures are the program's worked examples from its partner agreement — examples, not promises. Through this site, affiliates/partners join BOTH doors free, and every company takes the one door built for its size: 50+ employees to Door One, 20–49 staff through Door Two.
DataSupply is a data-licensing partner program operated by Chang Strategic Ltd. of Richmond, British Columbia, and founded by Sam Chang. It connects established companies with AI labs that license private business data for training, and it prepares each company's data profile — called a manifest — so several labs can compete for the same data instead of one buyer naming a price.
It is a license, not a sale: the company keeps ownership of its data and approves every buyer and every term in writing. Labs license a snapshot of the company's operational trajectory data — the record of how work moves through its systems. Sam Chang teaches the standard snapshot as roughly 90 days; the signed license sets the actual term. DataSupply builds the manifest — which systems, how many years, roughly how much data — and labs make their offers from it. Raw data never passes through DataSupply: the company sends only the approved export directly to the lab, which de-identifies it before use.
The core profile is a company with 20+ desk staff working on shared systems, 3+ years of operational records, and 5+ data sources. In Sam Chang's words, the bar is "20 for some labs, 30 for most." Law firms can qualify at 6+ desk staff and accounting firms at 10+. A company that has closed can still license its historical records if it had 50+ employees and the headcount is provable. Nobody is disqualified by a partner — the DataSupply team confirms fit.
Partners earn a share of both fees on a closed deal: 30% of the seller fee the company pays, plus 80% of the origination fee the lab pays DataSupply. The program's worked example: on a $1,000,000 license with a $50,000 origination fee, the partner who made the introduction earns $71,200. If the origination fee on that same deal were zero, the same introduction earns $31,200. There is no minimum guarantee, and partners are paid within 30 days after DataSupply receives each fee.
Through Door Two of the two doors on this site. Affiliates/partners join BOTH programs free at MakeAipayu.com. Companies are routed by size: companies with 50+ employees go to Door One (FiftyKPlug), and companies with 20 to 49 staff come through Door Two. Every company takes one door — the one built for its size.
